Michael completed a property degree in 2000 and is also a Member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors. He worked for 10 years in the industry in an independent surveying practice in Bristol, UK specialising in high street retail.
His experience in the UK was tenant focused finding new premises for retailers and assigning the lease of the underperforming ones, this insight has made the transition to the NZ property market very smooth. Michael is determined to find new clients the right premises and deal to take their business forward.
